Skype for Business / Lync Online Contact manager

SfB (acronym for Skype for Business) Online contact manager is a simple and efficient solution to manage Lync/Skype for Business Online Contact lists.

You can easily push one or several contacts to all your Lync online / Skype for Business Online / Office 365 users, make them appear in their "Favorites" section in Lync / Skype For Business, and even create custom groups.

Express-Desk SfB Online Contact Manager v1.0

Installation instructions:

- Download the installer from the download page after registration to Express-Desk support

- Install the software by following the Setup wizard

Prerequisites:

- You need an office365 admin account. That account must be configured as a member of the "ApplicationImpersonation" role in Office365.

- Your Skype for Business Online / Lync Online instance must have the UCS (Unified Contact Store) enabled, and all users must have their contact list managed in the UCS. You can kindly ask Microsoft support to switch your account to UCS if that is not the case.

- You need Lync Online/ Skype for Business Online AND Exchange Online as part of your office 365 subscription
