expressNotify is a Lync-based, interactive, Remedy Notification Engine

expressNotify sends Remedy notification using Lync instead of Emails. 

The idea behind expressNotify is that a Lync-based notification can do more than an email-based notification :

  • We heard a lot of people complaining about the number of emails they were receiving daily from Remedy
  • Lync notifications can request acknowledge from the end-user, Remedy email notifications can't
  • Lync notifications can start an interactive discussion, for instance to automatically capture end-user satisfaction, while Remedy email notifications are desperately static and always re-direct the user to the Remedy web-based interface. And if there is no single-sign-on in place, there is little chance your end-users/customers will ever take the time to answer your nice customer satisfaction survey.
